N150 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the n150 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the n150 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and n150 ("Platform"). n150 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The n150 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted under local law. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws applicable in their location.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the n150 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. n150 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested information within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including activity that takes place without your knowledge. Please contact n150 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Minimum registration requirements:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
- Provide valid and verifiable personal information
- Not currently blocked or prohibited from using the platform
- Accept all applicable terms and policies
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the n150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). n150 accepts a variety of payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method selected. n150 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawals are subject to certain conditions, including full identity verification, fulfilment of wagering requirements for any bonus claimed, and the minimum withdrawal limit set. n150 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or a breach of terms.
All funds deposited into an account are for platform use only. n150 is not liable for any losses arising from betting activity and makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any game.
User Responsibilities & Liability Limits
Users agree to use the n150 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party programs to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or collusion with other users
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the relevant programme
N150 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or game outcomes. n150's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
N150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
Suspended accounts will not be able to access any platform features until the investigation is complete. If an account is closed due to a user's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at n150's discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team via email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within seven business days. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once all conditions have been met.
Breach of terms, fraudulent activity, false information, or instruction from the relevant authorities.
Users may contact the support team to submit an appeal. Each case will be investigated fairly.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the n150 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of n150 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without the express written consent of n150.
Third-Party Links & Services
The n150 platform may contain links to third-party services or content. n150 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the process established by n150, and users agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction.
